Lectures by Professor Ross Today

Professor E. A. Ross, of the University of Nebraska, will lecture before the Seminary of Economics in University 23 this afternoon at 4.30. His subject will be "The Economics of Colonization."

In the evening at 8 o'clock Professor Ross will lecture in Sever 11 on "The Building of Sociology." This is the first of a series of four lectures on sociology, to be delivered by Professor Ross.

The lectures will take up the right of the science to be; and will consider its place, scope and mission as conceived by its founders, Vico, Comte, Spencer, Gumplowitcz, Ward and Tarde.

In the subsequent lectures Professor Ross will point out the questions which block the progress of the science, and will discuss the most feasable remedies.
