Mr. Frederick L. Olmsted, Jr., will give an illustrated lecture in the Fogg Museum on Friday evening, March 21, on "The Plans for the Improvement of Washington City." Mr. Olmsted is a member of the special commission appointed by Congress to draw up a scheme for the improvement of the Park system of the national capital.
