At a meeting of the advisory and executive committees of the Intercollegiate Athletic Association at New York on Saturday, it was decided to hold the annual track meet on May 31. Owing to the uncertainty about obtaining a suitable field in New York, the place for the meet could not be announced, but there is a possibility that it will be held in Philadelphia or Boston, in which latter case the Harvard track may be used. J. E. Sullivan of the Amateur Athletic Union was appointed referee of the games, and all arrangements were left in the hands of F. B. Ellis of the University of Pennsylvania.
