The University hockey team won its second successive victory in the intercollegiate league Saturday afternoon by defeating Brown by a score of 7 to 2.
For a long time at the beginning of the game the play was very even; but finally Pruyn received the puck directly in front of the goal and scored the only point made during the first half. In the second half Harvard played better together and scored 6 goals to Brown's 2.
The line-up: Goals: Harvard--Winsor 3, Rumsey 3, Pruyn; Brown--Pevear, Bates. Time--20 minute halves. The University hockey team will play a practice game with the Boston Hockey Club this afternoon.
