The Gun Club held its first shoot for the Officers' Cup yesterday at the new house on Soldiers Field. In spite of the fact that a gale of wind was blowing across the field, the shooting was remarkably good, several men making the possible 20 birds with their handicaps. The following scores were made with handicaps: G. Brooks, 20; Cloud, 20; Hayward, 20; Stettinius, 18; L. W. Wright, 15; Auten, 15; Hemenway, 14; Wickersham, 14.
