There will be a special meeting of the Co-operative Society in Lower Massachusetts, on Friday evening, November 7, at 7.30 o'clock to consider the plan for incorporation which was recently presented by the committee, and to pass such votes, make such amendments to the constitution, and take such other steps as may seem expedient to the Society. Five gentlemen have been recommended by the committee as the first stockholders. Four have been consulted, and will in all probability consent to serve. The fifth has not yet been consulted.
