The condition that two thousand persons should assume the Stillman Infirmary charge of four dollars in order that the offer submitted by the Corporation should be binding has not been fulfilled. The matter of the conduct of the Infirmary will be referred back to the Corporation, and in the meantime the Infirmary will continue to be run as usual.
