HARVARD 1906 VS. YALE 1906.

Game Played on Yale Field at 2.30.-A Close Score Expected.

The Freshman football team will play the Yale freshmen on Yale Field at 2.30 o'clock today. A lack of aggressiveness, uncertain team play and a persistent inability to master thoroughly the rudimentary points of the game, have made the development of the team this year unsatisfactory to the coaches, but during the last week the men have improved considerably, and with the return of Parkinson and Montgomery should prove strong both on offense and defense. The principal fault of the eleven is with the line men, who fail to charge and fight as they should. The men are for the most part in good physical condition, and can be relied upon to play a plucky game.

The line-up: HARVARD 1906.  YALE 1906. Montgomery, r.e.  l.e., Lewis Upton, r.t.  l.t., Turner White, r.g.  l.g., Downing Parkinson, c.  c., Smith Carrick, l.g.  r.g., George Paul, l.t.  r.t., Jackson Bartels, l.e.  r.e., McClintock Metcalf, q.b.  q.b., Twitchell Nesmith, r.h.b.  l.h.b., Stevens Nichols, l.h.b.  r.h.b., Leavenworth Guild, f.b.  f.b., Hoyt
