First Symphony Concert Tonight

The Boston Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Mr. Wilhelm Gericke, will give the first of a series of ten concerts in Sanders Theatre at 7.45 tonight. The other concerts will take place on the following dates: November 20, December 4, 18; January 8, 29; February 12; March 12; April 2 and 23.

Following is the programme for tonight's concert: Beethoven, Overture, "Leonore," No 2; Duets by Miss Carmela Carboni, Soprano, and Miss Grazia Carboni, Contralto; Bach, Overture (Suite), No. 2; in B minor, for strings, flute, and pianoforte accompaniment; Duet by the Misses Carboni; Tchaikovsky, Symphony, No. 5, in E minor. Tickets may be obtained at Sever's book store or at Sanders Theatre immediately before the concert.
