Fall Regatta Plan Changed.

As many of the men rowing on the graded crews were dissatisfied with the proposed system of mile heats for the fall regatta, it has been determined to hold one race, as previously, over the mile and seven-eighths course. The race will take place on Saturday, November 1. No definite decision has yet been made concerning the Freshman race.
