None of the class hockey teams practiced yesterday afternoon and only nine of the University squad came out on the rink at Holmes Field where the ice was cleared and practice held for about an hour. The forwards were drilled in charging down upon the goal-keeper, point and coverpoint, but owing to the rapidly falling snow, the passing was slow and no very satisfactory results were obtained.

About thirty-five Freshmen have begun work for their class team on Spy Pond. The men have been divided into squads and several games have been played. As soon as the manager of the team has been appointed a separate Freshman schedule will be arranged and it is expected that one of the games will be with Yale 1905.
