A meeting of the Intercollegiate Cricket Association, composed of Harvard, Haverford and the University of Pennsylvania, was held during the vacation in Philadelphia and the following officers were elected for the year: President, C. L. Clay ex-'02; vice-president, S. G. Climenson, Pennsylvania; secretary and treasurer, C. C. Morris, Haverford.
