Basketball Team Wins.

WORCESTER, Jan. 21.--The Harvard basketball team defeated Holy Cross tonight in Mechanics Ball by the score of 44 to 33. Harvard had excellent team work and played a much stronger game than against Cornell last Saturday. The game was won by a fine rally in the second half when Harvard scored 28 points to 8 for Holy Cross. Gilles played a brilliant game, making 20 of Harvard's 44 points.
