The Charles Sumner Prize of $100, offered for "the best dissertation on a subject connected with the topic of Universal Peace and the methods by which War may be permanently superseded," has been awarded to I. Grossman '02, of Cleveland, Ohio. The subject of his essay was, "Future Arbitration as indicated by the experiences of the United States."
