NEW HAVEN, CONN., May 6.--It has been proposed that the Yale track team compete at the Pan American games at Buffalo on June 1, every point winner in the intercollegiate games to be a member of the team. The proposition is now in the hands of the faculty. Yale wishes to be represented if the faculty will allow it.
