Intercollegiate Basketball.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Harvard and Yale have joined the New England Intercollegiate Basketball Association only provisionally, as a basketball league of the larger colleges is contemplated. Harvard, Yale, Princeton and Cornell have expressed their willingness to form such a league and it is probable that Pennsylvania and Columbia would join. No definite arrangements have yet been made, but it is likely that something will be decided upon within the next two weeks.

If the schedules can be arranged so as not to conflict, Harvard and Yale may play in both leagues.
