Only three old men are playing on the Bowdoin nine, but the new material, including Havey of last year's Wesleyan team, is good. Last year Harvard defeated Bowdoin by the score of 7 to 5.

The Freshman nine will play St. Mark's School at Southboro this afternoon. Orr has shown great improvement in pitching over his work last year, and the team as a whole is considerably stronger, although four of the men are new. St. Mark's has won the following games this season: M. I. T. Freshmen, 13 to 3; Dean Academy, 4 to 2; Boston L. S., 11 to 6; Cambridge L. S., 13 to 3.
