The committee which was appointed to conduct the election of officers of the Harvard Union for next year, was organized last night. As this committee will act temporarily as a membership committee, it will make the nominations for the officers, but independent nominations can also be made for any office, in the form of a petition signed by fifty members of the University. Every member of the University is eligible to vote at the first election, which will be held sometime during the first two weeks in May. Any suggestions concerning the election may be sent to the chairman of the committee, H. B. Clark '01, Westmorly 26, or to the Secretary, P. E. Fitzpatrick '02, Matthews 9.
