Bishop Potter of New York will give a lecture in Sanders Theatre at 8 o'clock tonight on "The Place of the Individual in Good Government." The lecture is given under the auspices of the Civil Service Reform Club. Sections of the theatre will be reserved for members of the University until 7.50 p. m. After that time the lecture will be open to the public.
