The Deutscher Verein cleared 8864 from the proceeds of the performance of "Minna von Barnhelm," which was given by the Irving Place Theatre Company of New York, on January 22. At a meeting of the Verein last night, it was voted to give 8500 to the German Department of the University, to be used by the Department as it sees fit.
