The seventh annual debate between Yale and Princeton will be held at New Haven tonight. The question is: "Resolved, That a system of subsidies, other than the present mall subsidies, should be adopted by the United states to encourage our ocean carrying and ship building industries." The Yale team, F. H. Sincerbeaux, R. H. Ewell, and A. Tulin will support the affirmative: W. E. Hope, R. S. Steen, and A. J. Byles are the Princeton speakers. The judges will be W. D. Guthrie and W. G. Peckham of New York city, and Professor H. G. Thayer.
