The cricket squad practiced out of doors yesterday, for the first time this year, on Holmes Field. Fielding practice was begun, in addition to the regular batting and bowling on the cocoa mat.

In a week or ten days, it is hoped that the squad will be able to play regularly on soldiers Field. Then the squad of 34 men will be cut down to 25 and divided into first and second times. Scrub matches will be held twice a week between these teams, in preparation for the first game on April 27.
