Wigmore '83; "Mutual Promises as a Consideration for Each Other," by Professor C. C. Langdell: "Sacramental Features of Ancient and Modern Law," by A. S. Thayer '75. The Magazine also publishes a "Draft of a Uniform Divorce Law," proposed by a committee of the State Boards for the Promotion of Uniformity of Legislation in the United States.
