Senate Passes Overseers' Bill.

The bill in regard to the election of Overseers of Harvard University, which was recently brought up in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, yesterday passed the Senate to be engrossed. Mr. Luce of Somerville withdraw the amendment he had previously offered. Within a few days the bill will be submitted to the governor for his signature.
