The exercises in commemoration of the one hundredth anniversary of the inauguration of John Marshall as Chief Justice of the United States will be held in Sanders Theatre this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Acting-president Walcott will preside, and Professor J. B. Thayer of the Law School will deliver an address on John Marshall as a man and a jurist. A portrait of Justice Marshall will be displayed on the stage during the exercises.
A number of tickets which have not been distributed may be obtained by College students who apply in person at the desk in the reading room of Austin Hall before 12 o'clock. Admission will be by ticket only until 4 o'clock, when the doors will be opened to the public. The second balcony will be reserved for students of the Law School.
