Mr. Charles F. Gammon will speak on "The Seige of Tien-Tsin" in Peabody Hall, Brooks House, at seven o'clock tonight. By reason of his connection with the Imperial University in Tien-Tsin, Mr. Gammon is able to give a full and reliable account of what took place there during the three week's bombardment and siege. Tien-Tsin was attacked at various times both by the Imperial troops and by the Boxers.

The meeting will be open to all members of the University.
