NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Professor I. N. Hollis has lately returned from Washington, where he has been giving evidence on the side of the United States in the Itata case before the United States and Chilian Commission. The ship "Itata" was seized about ten years ago by the United States for carrying arms to the Chilian insurgents, and on her trip North, Professor Hollis was in charge of the machinery and coal supply.
