Hon. William Reed '64, now editor and owner of the Taunton Gazette, will deliver the second of the Harvard Memorial Society lectures this evening at 8 o'clock in the Fogg Lecture Room, on "Harvard During the Civil War." He will describe the condition of the college at the time of the war, and the separation of the northern and southern men to enlist in the armies. He will also relate the history of the College during the rebellion and will speak of the services rendered the country by many of the Harvard men in the war.

The lecture is open to members of the University and their families.
