The Junior basketball team defeated the Freshmen last night in the final game of the interclass series by the score of 60 to 12. The Freshmen lacked aggressiveness and were slow in following the ball. After the first few minutes of the game the result was not in doubt. The Junior team displayed a surprising accuracy in passing and receiving the ball, and played throughout the game with excellent team work. They played much harder and faster than the Freshmen and kept the ball in their possession most of the time.
Individual class championship cups were presented to the members of the Junior team.
The goals made were as follows: Hanavan 5, Bigelow 3, Linehan 2, Browne 3, Humphries 6, Smith 1, Randall 1, Henderson 1.
