The Freshman eleven defeated Worcester Academy at Worcester on Saturday by a score of 5 to 0. The Freshmen played a hard and fast game, and did especially well on the defense against a team which outweighed them considerably. Worcester's fumbling and poor handling of punts were responsible for large gains by the Freshmen. Chase added to the advantage of the Freshmen by punting strongly, gaining from 10 to 20 yards in every exchange.
After Dignowity had fumbled in an attempt to punt from Worcester's 3 yard line in the second half, Oveson was pushed through right tackle for the only touchdown of the game. Kidder failed to kick the goal.
