DEDICATION OF THE UNION.

Major Higginson Will Present the Building to the University Tonight.

The formal dedication of the Union by Major H. L. Higginson h.'82, to the University will take place at 8 o'clock tonight. At the request of Major Higginson, all members of the University, graduates, and members of the Faculty are cordially invited. Mr. Charles Francis Adams '56 will preside and there will be five speakers: President Eliot, J. H. Hyde '98, C. Warren '89, who will read a poem, M. Donald '99, and Major H. L. Higginson h.'82.

Among the guests of honor will be the Corporation, the Board of Overseers, the head-masters of several of the leading preparatory schools, and a number of people who have benefited the Union in various ways.

After the formal ceremonies the Glee Club will sing some songs, in which everyone will be expected to join. A light supper will then be served.
