Invitation to Join Inaugural Parade.

F. B. Whitney, the chairman of the American Republican College League committee in Washington, has sent to the presidents of the different American Colleges letters inviting their colleges to send representatives to take part in the inaugural parade on March 4. The plan grew out of a promise made last fall by Senator Hanna to give the Harvard Republican Club a place in the parade. At the meeting of the American Republican College League in December the suggestion was made to have all the college Republican clubs represented, and it was later decided to invite all college men, irrespective of party, to join in the parade.

Princeton will send a large delegation to Washington, and efforts will be made at other colleges to persuade a number of men to go. Special railroad arrangements will be made if possible.
