University and Law School Hockey Teams Tie.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The University hockey team played a tie game with a team from the Law School yesterday afternoon as Soldiers Field. The game was very close, and even with ten minutes extra play, the score stood 6 to 6. Both teams were very weak in defensive playing, especially at cover point and point. The University players showed admirable team play Laverack, Winsor and Rumsey doing the best individual work. The Law School team was strengthened by three Boston Hockey Club players, Stoddard, Stanwood and Vanderpool. Stoddard's play though a little too rough, was the most skilful of the game.

Following is the line-up: University.  Law School. Rumsey, f.  f., Stoddard. Laverack, f.  f., Hunt. Goodridge, f.  f., Holt. Winsor, f.  f., Stanwood. Penhallow, c.p.  c.p., Vanderpool. Hardy, p.  p., DuBois. Manning, g.  g., Cogswell.
