History 12 will next year be divided into two full courses, one being on the English constitutional history and the other on the continental history. Professor Macvane will be instructor in both.

The Newton High School Club has elected the following officers: President, C. L. Ellison '01; vice-president, P. E. Fitzpatrick '02; secretary, W. F. Chase '02; treasurer, E. Leonard '03. The club now has about thirty members.

Two nines from the Law School made up of Harvard and of Yale graduates played a game on Holmes Field yesterday afternoon which was won by the Harvard team by the score of 7 to 6. The line-up:
