The rowing room in the Gymnasium is now being fitted up with several inomotors of different varieties, and will be open for use by the last of next week. A racing course, marked out on a proportionate scale of two miles will be laid out in the centre of the room; and in order to render it fit for racing, ridged, alleys will be constructed along its entire length. Aside from racing, it will also be possible for men to know the exact amount of work which they are doing in given time.
In addition to the racing inomotors, several stationary machines, with and without attachments, will be placed in various parts of the Gymnasium. In all there will be twelve or thirteen inomotors ready for use in a short time.
