All candidates for the fall crews at the Welt Boat Club will report at the boat house Monday at 3.30 p.m. Every man must first go to 19 Grays Hall and buy a ticket, costing $3, which entitles him to membership, with a locker at the club for the year. No man will be allowed on the river without such a ticket. In case the $5.00 tickets are adopted, entitling the owner to all the privileges of the new H. A. A., including membership in either boat club, they will be sold to members of the Weld Boat Club for $4. A last years ticket is not good for membership this year.
