8. Balls will be supplied by the management only for games.
9. The scrub team schedule shall be finished before November 1st, and class teams, except the Freshmen, shall not organize before that date.
10. This organization will be known as the "Harvard University Scrub Football Series."
J. Foster, Jr., '02 has been appointed manager o the series. The blue books will be ready at Leavitt's at noon today, and the cups will be put on exhibition there at the same time.
