The Second nine easily defeated the All-Leiter cup team on Soldiers Field yesterday afternoon by a score of 17 to 2. The Second nine had the game well in hand from the start, and in the last innings made runs at will. The Second nine played a steady and at times a brilliant game in the field, while the Leiter cup men had practically no team work and made many bad errors.
