The managing committee of the American School for Classical Study at Rome met at Columbia University, Thursday, May 10, and elected the following officers: Chairman, Professor E. T. Merrill, of Wesleyan; secretary, S. B. Flatner, of Adelbert College; treasurer, C. C. Cuyler, of New York. The executive committee consists of the officers and the following members: Professor Warren, of Harvard; Professor Beck, of Yale; Professor Bennett, of Cornell; Professor Hale, of Chicago University; Professor Gudenman, of Pennsylvania; Professor West, of Princeton; the president of the Archaeological Institute, and president of the American School at Athens.
The Committee on Fellowships will consist of Professor Smith, of Harvard, and Professor Marquand, of Princeton.
