Second Crew Race.

There is a possibility that the second University crew will be entered in the Philadelphia regatta which will take place May 30. If this plan falls through, it is probable that an eight picked from those men at both the Weld and Newell who were not retained for the University squad will enter the regatta instead. There will probably be no match races between the Weld and Newell graded crews until late in the season, if at all, as the eights at both clubs will devote their energies to training for the Metropolitan Regatta on the Charles River on June 17.
