At a meeting of Democrats of the University last evening a temporary organization was effected with E. L. Logan 2L. as chairman, and J. R. McVey 2L. as secretary. A committee of six, composed of the above officers and H. M. Wing 2L., W. J. Desmond 2L., M. T. Hall '01, and J. J. O'Donnell, Jr., '02, was elected to draw up a constitution and a set of by-laws. Another meeting will be held next Wednesday evening, at a place to be announced later, at which permanent officers will be elected and a constitution adopted.
