NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

President Eliot and Mr. Frye addressed a meeting in Huntington Hall, Boston, last night on the coming of the Cuban teachers to attend the Harvard Summer School. Mr. Frye described the wretched condition of the educational system in Cuba when the Americans arrived, and the rapid progress which is now being made.

President Eliot spoke of the right, now become a duty, of the North to do its share in the new development of the island.
