Pasteur Medal Debate.

The Pasteur medal will be awarded this year to the best debater at the final interclass debate. According to the terms of the gifts the debate must be on some question taken from contemporary French politics. The University Debating Club will probably propose the subject which must then be approved by the French Department. Last year the medal was competed for only by Freshmen and Sophomores and was won by R. C. Bruce '02. This is the second year that the medal has been offered.
