NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

This evening at 7.30 in Harvard 1, Mr. George McAneny will talk informally, under the auspices of the Civil Service Reform Club, on the present problems of civil service reform, with special reference to the young college graduate's field of usefulness. Mr. McAneny's long experience as secretary of the National C. S. R. League has given him a comprehensive knowledge of the reform movement in its working details that is perhaps possessed by no other authority, and he will be glad to answer any questions on the subject. The talk will be open to all members of the University.
