During the next ten weeks the Rifle and Pistol Club will hold a revolver shoot every Wednesday evening and a rifle and pistol shoot every Friday evening. A match with a team from Battery A, Light Artillery of Boston, will be held next Tuesday evening in the Carey Building. As the match will be a practice one, seven men will shoot on a side, but only the five best scores of each team will be counted.
The winners of the different shoots up to date are as follows: Revolver championship, for the Bancroft cup--Hodskins (2 wins), Shirk (2 wins). Novice cup -- Bancroft (3 wins), Edwards (1 win). Pistol handicap shoots--Hodskins, Bancroft, Shirk. Rifle handicap shoots--James, Shirk, Bancroft.
