The second of the Civil Service Reform Club's smoke-talks will be held this evening at 7.45 at the Colonial Club, the speakers being Col. Charles H. Porter, member of the Massachusetts Civil-Service Commission, and Mr. Henry Sherwin, chief examiner on the same commission. The friends of members and those who wish to join the club are invited to these meetings.
