The committee in charge of the Summer School of Theology, of which Professor Lyon of the Divinity School is chairman, is actively engaged in forming plans for next summer's session of the school. Invitations have been sent to prominent college professors who, together with the Faculty of the Divinity School, will form the corps of lecturers. The school will last about two weeks, and the subjects treated in the lectures will be the New Testament, the History of Religions, and Homiletics. In addition to these regular lectures there will be evening lectures on more general subjects.
The unexpected success of last year's summer school will doubtless make the summer session a permanent feature of the work of the Divinity School. The number of students who attended last year was 105, of whom eighty-nine were ordained ministers.
