The second smoke talk of the Civil Service Reform Club will be held at the Colonial Club on Wednesday evening, February 14. The speakers for the meeting will be Mr. Sherwin, chief of the Massachusetts Board of Examiners, and Colonel Porter, member of the Massachusetts Civil Service Commission. The membership of the club has been greatly increased since the first meeting, but men may still join at any of the smoke talks.
