Convention of Graduate Clubs

The Federation of Graduate Clubs will meet at the University of Pennsylvania on December 26, 27, and 28. Delegates will be sent from the various universities on the basis of one for each hundred men in the Graduate School, Harvard being represented by the following men: A. H. Shearer 2G. and R. M. Yerkes 3G., regular delegates, and J. H. Patten 3G., delegate at large. A. H. Shearer will read a paper on "The College Professor as a Teacher."

Speakers have been appointed to discuss these subjects: "The Standing of the American Student in foreign Universities," "The Requirements for the Degree Ph. D." and "The Elective System."
