The following question for the Harvard Yale debate on Dec. 7, has been sent down to New Haven: "Resolved, That the permanent retention of the Philippines by the United States is desirable." As announced Thursday morning, the first trial will be held Nov. 1 in Sever 11; the second, Nov. 8 in the Fogg Lecture Room; and the third, Nov. 9 in the Fogg Lecture Room.
